I just wanted to thank you again for all of your hard work and patience in working with my wife and I on our light selection and purchasing process. It was a pleasure working with you and I wanted to thank you again for taking such good care of my wife on yesterday in assisting her in loading the lights into her car (a lot of people would not have done that). I have been conveying to my colleagues and others about how great your store is, and how Mia and I had such a wonderful overall purchasing experience with you. It is quite evident that you truly understand the value of the overall “customer experience” and have secured Mia and I as customers for all of our future lighting purchases.
